By connecting your Stripe account or registering as a charity with Drip Donations, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Drip Donations automates charitable giving by calculating a merchant-configured percentage of each Stripe payment and routing it to verified 501(c)(3) charities on a weekly basis.
Drip charges a platform fee on each donation batch processed. This fee is deducted before charities receive their payout. The donation percentage (1–10%) is set by the merchant and is not a Drip fee.
All charities on the Drip platform must be verified 501(c)(3) organizations. Drip reserves the right to remove any charity that loses its tax-exempt status.
Drip uses Stripe Connect to access your payment data. By connecting, you authorize Drip to read transaction data for donation calculation purposes. Stripe's Terms of Service apply independently.
Drip Donations is not liable for delays in donation processing due to Stripe outages, banking holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
You may disconnect your Stripe account at any time from your Stripe Dashboard. Pending donation batches will be processed before termination is finalized.
